Welcome to Morning Star!

Morning Star Christian Fellowship is composed of individuals who have made Jesus Christ Lord of their lives. We share our life together in Christian fellowship, seeking to strengthen each other in faith development through worship, teaching, preaching, fellowship and service. Beyond this, we strive to express the compassion of Jesus Christ to all persons along with our personal commitment to Christ-like living.

Who is wise and understanding among you?  Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth.  Such 'wisdom' does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil.  For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.

Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.

  • Daily Manna from the Net for Wednesday, March 10, 2010 [Colossians 1:19-23]
For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross. Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation--if you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope held out in the gospel. This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant. Colossians 1:19-23 NIV Listen
