Our Mission Offering - will be part of our service next Sunday. Missionaries we support: Eliudi Issangya and the International Evangelism Centre in Sakila, Tanzania; Eric Mukwenda and the Maranatha Christian Centre in Arusha, Tanzania; Tia Ao and the Nagaland Bible Institute in Mokokchung, Nagaland, India; Eddie Santoro and Tikkun Israel in Jerusalem, Israel; Rick Pavlat and the YWAM base in Balut, Philippines; Rheo Loseo in Davao City, Philippines and Patrick & Barb Lataillade in Haiti.
Summer Wednesday Nights our time of gathering for singing, prayer, and WORD OF GOD exhortations continue throughout the summer months beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the PRAYER ROOM. All are welcome! Our Summer Program for children ages 4 - 8.. Children's Fellowship Hour (CFH) is now held in Classrooms 104 & 105 during the preaching time on Sunday mornings. The children will be dismissed with a podium announcement. The teaching theme for the summer will be "The Parables of Jesus" and today's teacher will be Peter J. Please contact Sarah with any questions or suggestions. Prayer Meetings are held here in the Prayer Room every Tuesday evening from 6:30 - 7:30PM. Morning Star Fall Picnic will be on Sunday, September 12, 2010, at the Town of Ulster Park (Robert Post Park) following the service. Bring a lawn chair and if you are able, please bring a dish to add to the buffet table. Plan to come out and have a great time of fellowship. All are welcome! Sunday School Sign-up for September If your child is will be attending Sunday School in September, please sign him/her up at the back table today. Sunday School Teachers Needed If you are interested in being part of the teaching ministry in our Sunday School program, please sign up at the back table. Guest >From Bangalore, India The Lord is sending Aldrin Bogi, YWAM India Chairman and YWAM Bangalore Director, to visit James & Sarah and Morning Star on September 4 - 6, 2010. Jacinta V & Sarah S met Aldrin in October, 2008 in Bangalore and the Lord has established a bond between YWAM Bangalore and Morning Star Christian Fellowship since then. Aldrin will be preaching during our Sunday morning worship gathering on September 5th. Please join us in extending a warm MSCF welcome to him!
Morning Star Missions Trip Plans are moving forward for Sarah S to return to India and Nagaland for the third consecutive year. Proverbs 25:25 continues to be her Missions Trip scripture theme. This trip includes a possible visit with Eddie & Jackie Santoro in Israel, long-time Morning Star Missions Partners. God willing, Sarah's visit will be the first visit of someone from Morning Star. Please pray for the Lord's wisdom and guidance as decisions are made re: itinerary. Please pray for Sarah's health, strength, and the Lord's provision of the ticket expense. Sarah covets your prayer support!

Sister's Dinner Gathering will be on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 6:00PM at Enzo's Restaurant in Lake Katrine. The cost is $15.00 per person for an all inclusive meal. Many Thanks to our Morning Star Christian Fellowship family for praying and supporting our pastor's recent trip to Africa. Your prayers were answered! In addition, we appreciate so many of you coming to New Pro's Revival meeting on Thursday, July 22 in support of James' preaching ministry. ~ James and Sarah Excellent Response Sarah S was able to send $1300.00 to Mokokchung and our ministry partners in Nagaland for the water reservoir tank repairs. Most of this amount came from MSCF and the rest from New Covenant Community in Saratoga, NY. Tiala, Moa & Sentila, and their staff send their profuse thanks to everyone who responded to their urgent need for help.

Benefit Concert Featuring Phil Stacey (American Idol Finalist and Christian Recording Artist) for the Pregnancy Support Center of Ulster County. The Concert will be at Pointe of Praise, Hurley Avenue on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 7:00PM. Tickets are $15. Special VIP tickets are $25. See Peggy F to purchase tickets or for more information.
The Pregnancy Support Centers of Ulster County will be having their "Bundles of Joy" Fundraising Banquet and Silent Auction on September 24, 2010 beginning at 6:30 PM. This event will be held at the Hudson Valley Resort, 4001 Granite Road, Kerhonkson, NY .
All are welcome to stay and fellowship in the back of the gym after the service. Please help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee and other light refreshments back there. Thank you to our faithful brothers in the Porter Ministry who put out the coffee and tea each week for our time of fellowship following the service. Parents/Guardians are reminded to please escort your children to the coffee/tea/hot chocolate table and oversee their dispensing of hot water in a cup. Also, please keep your children with you during this time to prevent accidents. Thank you.
Tape/CD Ministry - a suggested donation of $!.00 per CD will help defray the cost of production. Additional donations and underwriting this valuable ministry are also welcome. Please place in can on the back table. Thank you! Defibrillator As some may not be aware, in case of an emergency, there is a Defibrillator located in the back of the gymnasium next to the Handicap bathroom door. Care on Sunday Mornings is provided for toddlers (1-3 year olds) and is a tremendous help to those who have small children. Thank you to all those attendants & helpers who watch the children each week. Prayer Chain If you have a prayer request, you can call Vivian T to start the phone chain. Thanks to all of our faithful men, women and children who take these requests very seriously to the Throne of God. Persecuted Christians Are Depending on our prayers for them.
